If an item you see has gone on sale without promotional discounts applied to your order. We will be happy to refund the difference. As long as your order was placed within 7 days before the promotion. Please note: Virtual Market discounts are excluded from this policy.
Non-refundable items: personalized or custom made. Custom and Personalized items must be confirmed. Any mistakes after confirmation is nonrefundable.
If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to replace the item, or store credit will be applied. Products are to be returned at the buyer’s expense.
Turn Around Time Frame
Turnaround time frames depend on each item. Our guidelines are 2-3 business days (weekends not included) when we aren’t busy, however can vary up to 3-5 business days (weekends not included) from the date or order.
Custom and Personalization
Custom orders can take a bit longer, designs are sent and approved within a 24-48-hour timeframe. Please ensure all information and spelling is correct and accurate. We do not offer refunds after approval.
Shipping and Local Pickup in Kitchener, ON
We offer multiple shipping options, as well as local pick up and paid delivery in Kitchener, Waterloo & Cambridge Areas. If you are unsure what works best for you, please reach out. Shipping is out of our control once your order has shipped.
If local pickup is chosen, you will receive an update on how to collect your item. Items are eligible for pick up between 9am-9pm Monday-Friday. Any orders not collected within 10 days are deemed forfeited by the buyer.
Please notify us of an issue with your products within 24 hours of receiving your order. Pictures of the packaging along with items are to be sent forth. After 24 hours without notifying us, there is nothing that can be done.
You have the option to add on a Rush Fee to your order. Rush Fee can be applied to most items. Please contact us before you place your order for a rush.
